Big O Tires

I've had my cars serviced here multiple times and this visit reinforced why I keep coming back. I found a missing brake caliper bolt, and "Q" acknowledged it immediately, fixed it the same day, and proactively replaced additional parts to make sure the car was actually safe to drive. Days later, a Subaru dealership quoted me for a brake caliper slide pin and boot, claiming they needed immediate replacement. I brought the car back here and explained the situation to the manager, Alonso, who was understanding, flagged a couple other genuine items worth attention, and got the work scheduled. At pickup, he showed me the old parts Subaru had flagged: no scratches, no rips, basically like new. That kind of transparency is rare. When I brought those same parts back to Subaru and asked what needed replacing, they didn't even look and just said "ok." Honest, communicative, and they actually show you the evidence instead of just upselling. Highly recommend this location.

Fast friendly and professional service. Kept me well informed on everything that was going on with my car. I highly recommend this location although I'm sure all locations are the same.

I've been to this Big O Tires for new Tires, oil changes and other maintenance work. I have also stopped due to low Tires several times over the years. Every time staff is kind. When getting services, staff is detailed, never pushy to get services I am not able to do in the moment, honest about wait times and very friendly. I must say, I've been there enough times to say they have a great & positive attitude every time.

Very Unprofessional. I came in last week on a Saturday because I had a medal piece stuck in one of my tire and needed the tire to be replaced. I spoke to one of the guys over there and he gave me a good price on a new tire. As I got there he had checked out the tire to see how bad the damage was as the guy was checking he pointed out that my alignment was off and that they could straighten my alignment which I have noticed so I agreed. I also mentioned that I one of my other tire is leaking air and if they could patch it up which they guy said he could do. So I’m hoping to get three things fixed with a promising price. As I got my car I was hoping everything was okay. As I am driving I noticed that my alignment was still off because my steering wheel was not straight and the next the I noticed the tire that I asked to be patched because was leaking air the psi had dropped 8 pounds so it hasn’t gotten fixed. I was so disappointed because it seems as I only got one thing fixed. It’s a waste of my time because I live in Los Angeles and had to go the next day and just don’t have time to comeback to get those fixed.

The team at big O tires was incredible. We had a tire blowout on the freeway and they jumped in to help us right away. Didn’t try to upsell us a bunch of stuff was really understanding of our time. This place would definitely be my pick again.
